Returns & Refunds Policy

At NOMADI, we want you to love what you receive. Since all our prints are made to order through our trusted print partner Creativehub / theprintspace, we follow a returns process tailored to that model.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All physical prints are custom-made and printed on demand. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or format selected

  • General preference issues

We do accept returns only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a print or fulfillment error

2. How to Report an Issue

If something’s not right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of any damage or error

We’ll reply within 2 business days.

3. What Happens Next

Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Our print partner handles eligible replacements at no cost to you.

4. Do I Need to Return the Item?

In most cases, you don’t need to return the damaged item.
We may request additional images for documentation purposes.

5. Digital Downloads

All digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.

6. Late or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your tracking number (emailed when your order ships)

  • For UK orders, wait up to 15 working days

  • For international orders, allow up to 30 working days

Still no package? Contact us at hello@nomadiart.co.uk so we can investigate and offer a replacement or refund.

7. Cancelling an Order

Our print process begins automatically after payment.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
